4pm arrival and settling in- free time 6pm Welcome/ Connection and “Jarpetizers” light dinner of appetizers served in jars Yoga/ Saturday Morning stretch- Hiking/ Dinner together- Yoga & Wine/ Sunday cookhouse breakfast and small hike around the meadow
