The problem is not the problem....

I have a few clients that do great and stick to healthy eating and are on track with goals until something happens... You know, stress, anger, feeling overwhelmed, lack of sleep... Then poof... You start overeating and making the wrong choices and when asked you say... I dont' know? It happens. Why when you have a goal and are on track does this happen? Why if you are working toward health do you get derailed? It can be very discouraging. So here is some of the work you can do... So what is the problem?
